Knowledge Learning Rules
The main feature on this page is Knowledge Learning Rules — controls for what gets learned from synced integration data (HubSpot engagements, Zoom transcripts, Fathom transcripts, PandaDoc contracts, Intercom history). Three rule types:| Type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Topic | The AI judges incoming content against the topic. Matching content is learned. |
| Keyword | Exact-phrase exclusion. Content containing the keyword is skipped. |
| Instruction | Extra extraction guidance applied during distillation. |
Email behavior banner
A banner at the top of this page notes that email behavior has moved from org-level to per-agent Email channel configuration. To configure how an agent handles email — auto-reply, signature, AI behavior on email tickets — go to AI Agents > [Agent] > Channels > Email instead of trying to set it here.What’s not here
