Where to find it

Settings > AI Agents (/dashboard/settings/ai-agents). This page is for org-wide AI behavior. Per-agent configuration lives on each agent at AI Agents > [Agent].

Knowledge Learning Rules

The main feature on this page is Knowledge Learning Rules — controls for what gets learned from synced integration data (HubSpot engagements, Zoom transcripts, Fathom transcripts, PandaDoc contracts, Intercom history). Three rule types:

TopicThe AI judges incoming content against the topic. Matching content is learned.
KeywordExact-phrase exclusion. Content containing the keyword is skipped.
InstructionExtra extraction guidance applied during distillation.

Email behavior banner

A banner at the top of this page notes that email behavior has moved from org-level to per-agent Email channel configuration. To configure how an agent handles email — auto-reply, signature, AI behavior on email tickets — go to AI Agents > [Agent] > Channels > Email instead of trying to set it here.

What’s not here

A few things you might expect on a generic “AI Agents settings” page:
  • Per-agent instructions / skills / actions — these live on each agent
  • System prompts — admin-only, at Settings > System Prompts
  • Health scores — separate page at Settings > Health Scores
  • Renewals — separate page at Settings > Renewals
